The Rusty 2024

Well it’s been a while but we’d really like to look back and think about what a fantastic and fun day The Rusty was. As a first event we had little to no expectation on how it was all going to pan out. With so many factors at play, the weather, water quality, injuries, food, water, other people! We’d planned the day for months and hoped it would work out but as with anything, you just never know.

Well, we can say now that amazingly it all went to plan. Mostly - a small hiccup with Ben taking the car keys with him leaving the support crew stranded. Jen managed to save the day and drove the keys all the way back to LA so that Ben could still make the start time.
